Meet Willow

Willow is one of those rare people you come across who not only has a profound, deep, and true connection to light, nature, and the sacred, but who is also living this path with an impressive amount of integrity, devotion, understanding, and embodiment. She brings a high level of wisdom, insight, and love to her interactions and offerings, and the space she holds is truly a gift for anyone who has the honour to experience it.

I've gotten to know Willow over the years, and my admiration and gratitude for who she is as a person and how she walks through this world only continues to strengthen. Thank you Willow for who you are, and for what you give in all the visible and invisible ways. Thank you for your willingness to show up for people and for all life with such devotion and grace, and to contribute your light in the profound ways that you do. You are truly a blessing, and the world is a much richer and more beautiful place with you in it.

Ever since I can remember, I have loved the Land and have deeply felt the Land’s love and guidance. Through continued deepening relationship with the Land I have come to know in my bones that we are the Land. There truly is no separation. 

The Land is generous of spirit. No one is excluded from the Land’s healing and transformative vitality. You get to show up exactly as you are. You will receive what your whole beautiful being needs to move through a desired change.  The Land knows you and loves you. 

My devotion to serving all of Life led me to earn a Ph.D in land stewardship from the University of Alberta. I then enjoyed teaching at Lake University in the School of Outdoor, Recreation Parks and Tourism for 23 years I love learning and continue to study land relations and plant medicines from the perspective of Indigenous, Eastern and Western sciences and wisdom-holders.

For the past 11 years, I made the conscious commitment to learn how to mentor, and most importantly, how to recognize and follow my inner sparkle of Life~~~how to live my Truth. I am learning everyday — especially from my three amazing grandchildren.

I wish to joyfully and humbly share with the human tribe how to belong again, how to trust and lean into our body wisdom, and how to deeply, deeply remember in our bones—that our Vast Self (Mamma Earth and the Cosmos) always have our back-ALWAYS!  In this tranquil knowing, we live fully, freely and with powerful trust and resilience to thrive on our human journey. 

I am honoured to be here and to humbly allow the wisdom of Life to guide and nourish the way forward.
